All quotes are governed under the provisions of the Master Services Agreement. Any CALSO quote is further defined by the conditions, provisions, and policies in our services guide (“Services Guide”).  The MSA and Services Guide contain important provisions related to the Services (including payment and auto-renewal terms), and by agreeing to any CALSO Proposal, SoW or Quote, you agree to the provisions of the MSA and the Services Guide included below.
